34th Nereus Steering Committee
The Nereus SC meeting was hosted by SciencesPo in Paris, France on 11 and 12 April, 2013.

New director of the University Library & librarian of Erasmus University
The Executive Board has appointed Dr Matthijs van Otegem director of the University Library and librarian of Erasmus University Rotterdam. Van Otegem comes from the Koninklijke Bibliotheek, the national library of the Netherlands. On 1 August 2013 he will succeed Dr Paul Soetaert who will be retiring.

Whenever possible the research data underlying the publications are available as well.

Nereus provides researchers in the global academic community with first-rate information irrespective of a source's location, type or format via the state of the art gateway Economists Online.
Nereus is dedicated to Open Access. Nereus is successful in this aim. Of the records harvested from partners nearly 40% has a full text link which is available via Open Access.
